總部設在英國倫敦的敘利亞人權觀察組織(Syrian Observatory for Human Rights)今天(16日)表示，土耳其對伊斯蘭國組織(IS)在敘利亞掌控的一座城市發動轟炸，共造成24名平民死亡。但土耳其軍方說，這次行動中只有「恐怖份子」死亡。
敘利亞人權觀察組織指出，過去24小時對巴布鎮(al-Bab)發動的空襲與砲擊，死者中包含11名孩童。
土國國營安納杜魯新聞社(Anadolu)則引述軍方報導，軍隊已在空襲、砲擊與衝突中，殺死15名「恐怖份子」。
巴布鎮是IS在敘利亞北部阿勒坡省(Aleppo)掌控的最後堡壘，近幾個月來，已遭土耳其部隊及其敘利亞反抗軍盟友發動激烈攻擊。
聯合部隊在上周末進入巴布鎮，土耳其總理耶伊爾德勒姆(Binali Yildirim)14日並曾表示，這座城鎮「大致上已獲控制」。不過敘利亞人權觀察組織表示，土耳其部隊自從從西方進入這座城鎮以來，只有少數進展。
土耳其自去年8月開始在敘利亞展開軍事行動，鎖定對象包括IS與庫德族戰士。該國部隊一開始進展快速，但在去年12月陷在巴布鎮周邊地區。
這座城鎮同時也是敘利亞政府軍的關鍵目標，他們已從南方往此地推進。但政府軍尚未進入巴布鎮，近幾天來則是聚焦於掃蕩周邊鄉村IS掌控的土地。
（中央社記者謝佳珍台北4日電）「歷經18個月沒有薪水的生活」，前總統府發言人范姜泰基去年1月離開國民黨文傳會後，過著沒有固定薪水的日子，後來在客家電視台單元劇中軋一角，他苦笑說，「討生活嘛！」
對於棄政從演，中年轉職的大變化，這位曾是媒體寵兒的范姜泰基，過去打開電視，他背後的身影出現的總是總統府的LOGO。如今，再打開電視，令人意外的是，他竟是出現在戲劇中，客串演出，當起了演員。
「去年選完立委初選後，我找不到自己的方向，所以什麼都去試試」，范姜泰基說，由於自己喜歡戲劇，他主動詢問客家電視台，是否有機會讓他軋一角？而客家電視台也很幫忙，給了他單元劇「黑盒子」客串的機會。
「黑盒子」劇中，他飾演一位新聞部主管。由於過去擔任發言人期間，經常面對十幾台攝影機，因此，軋戲演出時，駕輕就熟。他的朋友看到演出，根本就是在演他自己，不少人對范姜泰基說，「你根本不用演，你就是那個機車主管嘛！」
原本就對戲劇有興趣，范姜泰基的演員初體驗，第一次軋戲就演出了興趣。後來，他去「Q Place」上表演課程，接受3個月的訓練，然後參與名導言王小棣的「積木之家」演出，這齣戲預計明年2月播出。
此外，范姜購買泰基也參與客家電視台目前正在開拍的「勞動之王」，劇中飾演一位勞動檢查處的長官。「勞動之王」預計明年3、4月播出。
在第一部劇中「黑盒子」，范姜泰基飾演新聞部主管，「積木之家」飾演男主角的姐夫，而在「勞動之王」劇中飾演神經質的勞動檢查處的長官，每一個不同的角色，他如何揣摩？范姜泰基說，「我現在還沒有標準答案，一切都還在揣摩中」。
「從零開始」，范姜泰基說，他從未受過專業的戲劇課程，什麼都不懂，有趣的是，40餘歲的他接受3個月的戲劇課程，其他人，有些是大學生，有些是大學畢業一兩年，「年紀小我兩輪」。對於他而言，一切從零開始。
曾在政治圈打滾過，如今投入演藝圈，個中滋味，別有一番體會。范姜泰基說，「政治圈，大家的感情都是假的」，「戲劇圈，當你在排戲、戲劇演出，看戲的觀眾情緒是真的，雖然戲是假的，但情緒是真的」。他認為，這就是兩者最大的差別。
歷經18個月沒有薪水的日子，當時長輩不僅不敢問他工作狀況，竟還偷偷塞錢給他花用，期間，老婆更是付出很多。所幸苦盡甘來，目前范姜泰基除了主持網路帶狀性節目外，也在學校兼課、演戲，甚至還接受很多廣告試鏡，不過，也曾被打槍，這當中，雖曾經軋上一角，但並非主角。
曾經是媒體人，也曾任行政院研考會副主委、國民黨文傳會主委，更曾官拜總統府發言人。問他是否會繼續在戲劇中軋一角，演下去？他說，「不知道」，但覺得演戲滿好玩的，因此會想嘗試下去。1051204
